We at La Piazza Allegra have been dining guests and creating memories since 1997. Our menus are a collaboration of traditional family recipes and specialties created by our award winning Chef, Mark Farrugia.

Mark is head chef and owner of La Piazza. He has been the recipient of many accolades and awards and has even made special guest appearances on television. He is currently Vice President of the Food and Beverage Sector on the Hamilton Tourism Board.

From designing the menu to designing La Piazza's decor, everything Mark does is with meticulous detail which is especially characteristic of his culinary creations.

Pesto crusted salmon fillet served over sauteed vegetables and oven baked pastry.

Braised veal shank in a robust tomato demi-glace served with sides of seasonal vegetables and potato.

Dry herb rubbed, pan seared, lamb loin chops served with sides of seasonal vegetables and potato.

Mark takes great pride in the preparation of all La Piazza's food. Mark and his staff prepare daily all of the baked goods, sauces, dressings, vinaigrettes and pastas. They also hand cut all of the proteins to ensure the proper size and quality of the products.
